Refund Policy

1. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your profile settings. No refund is provided for the current billing period. Access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.

2. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refund is provided but access continues until the end of the annual period.

To cancel an annual plan within the 7-day window, contact us immediately at support@adhyay.techmandalae.com

3. Exceptions — Full Refund Guaranteed

Regardless of the plan or billing period, you are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

Technical Issues

Platform inaccessibility for more than 48 consecutive hours due to issues on our end

Duplicate Payment

Same transaction charged more than once due to a payment gateway error

Failed Activation

Payment was processed successfully but your account was not activated or upgraded

4. How to Request a Refund

Email support@adhyay.techmandalae.com with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • Transaction ID from Razorpay (found in your payment confirmation email)
  • Reason for refund request
  • Screenshot of the issue (if applicable)

5. Processing Timeline

Review Time

5–7 business days

We review and approve/reject your request

Refund Credit

5–10 business days

Approved refunds credited to original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Partial months of service already used
  • Annual plans after the 7-day cooling-off period
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Unused AI generation credits from cancelled plans
